Angie is so knowledgeable and has great experience to offer. She is one of the first people I go to for questions about patients in the emergency department, labor and delivery, and critical care. I also go to her for guidance in leadership or concerns with co-workers or problem-solving. She is always happy to help with whatever is needed at any time. When the ED is busy she always offers to jump in and help if needed and doesn't hesitate to get her hands dirty for the sake of the patient and helping out the team. She is a wonderful leader. She listens to her staff and advocates for them and tries to accommodate their needs whenever possible. She checks in with the staff constantly and makes them comfortable going to her with any concerns. She also spoils her staff with yummy treats occasionally just to say thanks for doing a great job. Thank you for being a great example of a Registered Nurse, leader, and coworker. We are so very lucky to have you!
