I had my right hip replaced with a two-day, one-night stay at the hospital. Angie warmly greeted me as I was rolled into my room and showed such care and compassion as I experienced severe nausea and vomiting post-op. She did everything she knew to combat these unpleasant side effects and ensure I was comfortable. She is the BEST I’ve had in all my 19 years as a long‐term metastatic breast cancer survivor undergoing multiple surgeries. I felt like I had my best friend at my side ‐ she made me laugh and her mere presence made me feel better. When I was discharged from the hospital, it was a bittersweet moment as we said farewell. As her name implies. Angie is an angel! I know that it’s no coincidence that God placed her in my room that day. My heart is overflowing with gratitude.
