I was in the hospital with my mother who has dementia and Parkinson's. Angie was very kind and professional from the beginning. She made us feel her genuine care and concern for not only my mother but also for myself. She was always asking if we need anything and was willing to try whatever possible to make my mom comfortable. She was a great advocate for her to the doctor when he didn't understand our goals. She even came around the desk to hug me when I had a breakdown while talking to her. She made all the difference in the world.
