She works to lift her team up, build morale and comforts those in need. She does this by spending the time to make her team feel appreciated through recognition, games, and fun treats! She is recognized by her team as being kind, considerate, and always helpful.
Angie leads by example and is vested in the success of her team, the unit and the organization. She works on many process improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes, and serves on numerous committees for the unit, the hospital, and the Texas division.
She is a great leader and a valuable asset to our CHI family! She is an absolute pleasure to work with! Thank you, Angie, for your contribution to our team, the hospital, and the community in which you serve.
