I would like to recognize Nurse Angie for the exceptional care she provided to my mom during her time at Mercy. While the entire Mercy staff was wonderful, Angie truly went above and beyond in ways that made an impact on the kind of care Mercy provides its patients.

Angie treated my mom with genuine kindness, dignity, and respect at every interaction. Her warm smile and compassionate spirit created a calm, comforting, and healing atmosphere that my mom needed during what could have been a very stressful time. She took the time to ensure my mom was comfortable and cared for, never making her feel rushed, and while our time with her was short, she truly made us feel like family.

Angie also showed incredible thoughtfulness toward me as a family member. She patiently answered all of my questions and consistently checked in to see if I needed anything. Her attentiveness and compassion extended beyond clinical care and truly reflected the heart of nursing.

We are deeply grateful for Nurse Angie and the outstanding care she provided. Her dedication, empathy, and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and she is a true reflection of the values and excellence of Mercy nurses.
