We recently had a difficult patient who was being "less than nice"to Angie regarding her need to come in and see the doctor. This patient has anxiety issues and agoraphobia. Angie remained calm and kind and went above and beyond to make arrangements for patient to come in and not wait in the waiting room. She is always patient focused!
