Angie Navin stood out for kindness and professionalism. I have decided to write this about my experience during the eight days of hospitalization. Between the nurses, nurse aids, and environmental service people you have given me the utmost respect for the job you do. In the past five years, I have been in the hospital a lot (over 70 Cat Scans). I have experienced my fair share of nurses and healthcare workers. I have seen and heard the disrespect you guys receive and it blows my mind, when all you are doing is trying to help. The courtesy and the special way to make one feel safe in this environment is a great feeling when a patient is at its worst. There is one person I have to point out who went above and beyond, her name is Angie. Between your kind heart and professionalism, you rise above. As a nurse, you make a great impression on how nursing should be defined. The world needs more people like you, and I am sure anything you do in life will be successful.
