Angie Oates is extraordinary in her focus and commitment to staff and our department, as well as the patients we see. Angie not only performs her routine team leader tasks but goes the extra mile by caring for a full team of patients at the same time. She makes a point of reaching out to staff when ill and volunteers to come in on her days off to meet the needs and staffing of the Emergency Department. She always supports the CNAs and makes us feel safe while sitting in the back. Angie always takes time out of her day to teach me new skills and teaches me more and more on how to be a good nurse.
