June 2017 Honoree
angie osborn, LPN
Thank you to Angie. Your professionalism and care were outstanding. Not only were you there for the care of my mother, you were also there for the family. Thank you for guiding us through this difficult process.

My brother was at home with hospice for 12 days but had crisis care for 8 of those days. Angie was there most of the time. She saw that my brother was startled easily by noise so she kept his room quiet and played music that he liked. I am an RN, so I told her I would help her turn and change him (he was bed bound). One day I was in the kitchen getting something out of the fridge, and I turned around and Angie was standing there with a smile, wiggling gloved fingers. This was her way of asking for assistance changing my brother's soiled briefs. I laughed so hard! Angie had a great way of bringing humor to difficult situations.

Thank you, Angie, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
