Anh Nguyen was so helpful in providing the care/ treatment during my stay in the hospital. She ensured that I was properly evaluated prior to the start of her shift and made a note of any changes as needed. Also, she made me feel comfortable during my stay and addressed my concerns as needed, allowing me to provide feedback. In addition, clarifying and ensuring that I was aware and understood the meaning of why I was receiving certain medications and treatment for my care concerning my lungs. I felt the compassion she has for providing quality and effective care. I feel these are great attributes to hold as a nurse that provides a meaningful difference in their patients’ health.
