We had received 3 to 4 inches of snow. Anh was taking care of an elderly patient whose sister drove her here for surgery. The patient’s sister was also elderly. Anh used his own ice scraper to clean the snow off the patient's car. This was an hour after he was scheduled to be off work. When the patient realized what he had done, she told me, "That was one of those special moments." I agree!
