Ani was recognized by a nurse leader in the facility because she made a big difference in the life of the patient during the patient's stay in the hospital. The patient had a challenge getting warm in the cold hallways of the hospital and everyone attempted to adjust the temperature, from plant and engineering to the staff. Ani was familiar with oncology patients and knew that providing the patient with a hat for her head may help. The patient cried when Ani provided her the hat because it was the only thing that helped her keep warm.
