Aniek has been my daytime nurse now for three days and I must say that myself, being a lifelong patient off and ongoing through the healthcare processes and meeting many different nurses, all with their own style of doing things, I found Aniek to be very disarming and comforting, educated and punctual. I received terrible news from my surgeon on a day that she was my nurse and she was present when I was told. She was more like a friend than a member of a staff. She has pretty much helped to coach me through the acceptance process which included me venting, probably more than I should, but because I have no family or friends with me at this very desperate time, she has been an angel, a Godsend.
