Aniel is the epitome of an extraordinary nurse. She gives her all to the patients she cares for. Aniel doesn’t rush and makes her patients feel not only heard but expertly cared for. Aniel has a knack for making those around her feel calmer in stressful situations. She has become an extraordinary post-operative nurse and is seen as a resource for the newer staff on the unit. Aniel serves the role of relief charge nurse and is always ready to jump in when her peers need her. She can manage the flow of an often very busy unit with ease.
