Anissa not only showed compassion but used child-psychology in order to get our son to take his medication. He was very nervous and acting up, so she challenged him to a game in the playroom to where if she won, he had to honor the win and take his medication. She played a good game, made him happy and he took his medication. She took the extra time to get him to take it without stressing him out any further as he already feared his IV site hurting anymore. She came by to say hello even though he wasn't her patient. She has such a positive attitude and is a great example of the staff.
