Anita Carder, BSN, RN, CCTN

Anita, known as Dee, is one of the long-time nurses on our floor. She goes out of her way to make the staff happy and confident on the floor. She makes friends with the new staff and is the best preceptor we have. She does the scheduling and works to make sure the floor is staffed adequately. She would rather change her schedule to make things fair for others. She will take calls at home to answer questions from the new grads and come in on her day off to do auditing. She puts patients and the staff first just to make the floor a better place to be. Dee is a true DAISY Nurse.
