I have never met a nurse who projects every aspect of being a nurse. I personally witnessed her kindness to every patient she interacts with. Patients are excited to see her and her warming personality. Her smile is contagious, with a welcoming and comforting demeanor. Anita goes above the rest to make sure everyone is comfortable and leaves with a smile on their faces. Co-workers turn to her for help, and she does not make it seem like a burden. I witnessed an employee shortage, and she was more than willing to jump right in and help with anything she was able to help with.
