Anita Tom, BSN, RN
I have been admitted to the hospital three times this summer, this time unexpectedly. I came to the emergency department for evaluation of chest pain, for which I was ultimately admitted late in the evening.
Of all the nurses I have met during these hospital stays, Anita is the kindest nurse with an exceptional level of expertise! She had a lot of compassion for my pain, and she was great at communicating. She answered all questions quickly and thoroughly, even if that required contacting other physicians.
She came to the room regularly and made sure my wife was comfortable. I was especially grateful when she took the time to help me contact medical records to request a disk from a recent CT scan. Not only did she find the paperwork, but she also went down and picked up the disk as well. I don’t think I can imagine a better nurse. My wife and I are grateful for the magnificent care!
