My mother was having an adverse reaction to a medication that was causing her some memory lapses.

During one of those episodes, she went in on me, her daughter. I went to the nurse's desk in tears because I had never seen this side of my mother. Mrs. Anita went into the room, talked with my mother to calm her down, and reassured me that "this too will pass."

She explained how these episodes may have come about, which really eased my mind. Mrs. Anita stepped in to provide comfort, care, and concern not just about my mom but about my family and me!
