Ms. Anita's compassion and empathy changed my life forever. After the traumatic loss of my baby girl, I was consumed by grief and sorrow. When my surviving twin was admitted to the NICU, I felt lost and helpless.
One day, when I was at my lowest, Ms. Anita took the initiative to help me hold my baby boy, despite him being on a ventilator. It was a moment that allowed me to connect with my child, and it was the catalyst for my healing process. As I held my baby close, I cried, and it was a turning point for me.
Ms. Anita's kindness and understanding gave me the strength to face the challenges ahead. Throughout the 4.5 months my baby was in the NICU, Ms. Anita's care and support were invaluable. Her selfless act will always be remembered, and I'm grateful for her presence in our lives.
