Anitha is an exceptional Registered Nurse who demonstrates deep dedication and care in her work, particularly with pediatric patients. She treats every child as if they were her own, delivering a level of care that feels like family. Anitha consistently seeks to expand her knowledge and develop new skills, striving for excellence in her practice.

Her compassionate approach has not gone unnoticed by the families she cares for. Many patient mothers have praised Anitha for her attentiveness and dedication, especially when caring for their babies in their absence. One touching example was a pediatric patient with increased intracranial pressure (ICT); when the child’s mother had to leave, Anitha took on the role of caregiver, feeding, soothing, and providing comfort as if she were the child's own mother.

Despite the communication challenges, Anitha ensured the child received excellent care, and the baby was discharged from the PICU in good condition.
