My daughter was at the hospital for weeks after surgery. It was a very painful experience for her and us as parents. We were lucky to meet Anja during our stay. Thanks to her we were able to understand what was happening to our daughter. Anja is very professional and knowledgeable about her job. She went the extra mile. Kindness and compassion are the major essences of Anja's character. She was sympathetic, non-judgmental, and she had the ability to provide us comfort, emotionally and mentally. It was truly a pleasure to meet Anja.
