The nominator was admitted to the Cardiology Ward. She stayed in the Emergency Room for several hours, waiting for a room to become available after learning that the Unit was completely full. She was really sick when she arrived to the ward, but Anjumol walked in and made things better. Even if she wasn't feeling well, she made the patient laugh. She was attempting to make the patient feel at ease by telling her some jokes that made her laugh as well. The patient stated that her brother, who was with her at the time, was also happy with Anjumol and liked her as well. Anjumol, according to the patient, deserves not just a 5-star rating, but a 7-star rating because she is a competent nurse in a difficult situation and in an excellent facility.
