I have been here twice personally and brought my mother for an endoscopy/colonoscopy. She made me feel as though my (and my mothers) comfort and needs were the most important task she was responsible for. If I hadn't known better, it seemed like I was the only person she had to care for. She truly represents what all nurses should be.
