"Ann completed 135 clinical hours, fully immersing in the role while demonstrating unwavering commitment, curiosity, and professionalism each day. A passion for women’s health was evident in every interaction, and a commitment to reducing disparities among Black women during childbirth reflected a deep sense of purpose and advocacy. Ann consistently demonstrated initiative, actively sought learning opportunities, and functioned with an increasing level of confidence and responsibility appropriate to the student nurse role. One particularly memorable example was the willingness to step into a CNA role during short-staffed shifts while continuing to support assigned patient care activities. This selflessness exemplified teamwork, leadership, and a genuine commitment to service."
