I've known Ann Calvo for over 28 years. She never changed her character whether she was a regular staff nurse, a nursing supervisor, a level 4 RN on our unit. You never hear her talk bad about other people. You never feel intimidated coming to her with an issue. She helps you find solutions. One time a family member passed away and she asked the nurse manager even after to already have someone to switch with - she got me a bereavement day, she didn't have to do it. A great friend to all!
