Over the years, around 15, Ann has taken care of my son. Our first encounter was in pediatrics. My son is disabled, non-verbal, and has many medical issues was always greeted with a smile from Ann. She treats my son with dignity and respect and will go above and beyond to get his needs met. We can be in the hallway of Tufts and see her walking by and she will always make time for us. She always stops and says, “Hey how are you?" And will always ask do we need anything. And if we do need anything she will get right on it and help us. If we don’t she will say, “Well if you do, you know where to find me.” We are forever grateful for Ann. She is not just a nurse at the hospital. She is an amazing human with compassion and empathy.

She is an exceptional human being besides being a nurse. She is always ready to listen and very helpful. She goes above and beyond, she assisted me with all concerns that I present to her. I think she definitely deserves the award.
