Ann Cherian, RN
Ann Cherian provided incredible care and compassion to my mother during her time in the hospital. From the moment we met Ann, it was clear that she was not just providing medical care, but truly making a difference in the lives of her patients and their families.
Throughout my mother's stay, Ann consistently went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable, reassured and treated with the utmost kindness. Ann took the time to explain every step of her care, answering our questions with patience and empathy. No matter how busy the unit was, Ann always made us feel like we were her priority, offering a comforting presence during a very difficult time for our family.
Beyond her exceptional clinical skills, it was her warmth, compassion, and genuine concern that made all the difference. Ann held my mother's hand when she was anxious. She encouraged her on difficult days and treated her with dignity and respect at all times. Her kindness extended to our entire family, providing words of encouragement and support when we needed it most.
It is not every day that we encounter a nurse as dedicated and compassionate as Ann. She was the only nurse that took the time to brush my mother's hair, and that really meant a lot for us.
Our family will always be grateful for the care she provided, and we wholeheartedly believe she deserves this DAISY Award recognition.
