Ann Conquest, RN

I have only been on this ward for a day but very impressed by this lady. She came into the ward this morning with a very cheery ‘’hello’’ and introduced herself to me and I was. My main reason for nominating Ann is because I heard a telephone conversation she was having with a previous patient. Ann kept the patient on the phone calm and was very professional. Reminded me of the Matrons that used to be in all hospitals. She has since come back to me after my doctor has been asking how things were progressing.
