Ann has an extraordinarily kind and supportive personality. I had to make several trips into the office for wound care of a surgical incision that did not close, and Ann was always very kind, gentle, supportive, and informative. Ann always greeted me with a warm smile that told me that she genuinely loves her job and cares about her patients. I could not have asked for a better nurse. The entire Department of General Surgery did an outstanding job of helping me get through a very concerning situation.
