Ann was very attentive and nice. She went above and beyond with the care of my mom. My mom raved about how well Ann treated her. To me, that is the most important thing. She was in pain and the only thing she spoke of was how good she was being cared for. Thank you so much for your care and dedication to my mom!! We are all forever grateful for your care and love shown to my mom. Ann's attention to detail and care was exceptional. She made sure she explained everything to my mom and us the family. She made sure we understood everything that was happening at every stage. There was a mix up with the bathroom door and Ann rushed over with concern inquiring about my mom. This was more evidence showing how much love and compassion she had for my mom while she was in her care. She was exceptional with the care and ensuring my mom get back to full health from start to finish.
