I worked for a bank for 30 years. I had 20 years in which I had customer contact in several ways. Many training sessions were directly related to "Quality Customer Service," I know what that entails. This nurse lives her passion for her job! I spoke to Ann on three or four different occasions. I received my prep package days in advance of my visit. Upon calling, Ann reviewed my medications, what I took when I took them and what needed to be skipped before/day of surgery and explained why. She followed up with me on the date, time of arrival, when to stop foods, liquids, paperwork needed to bring with me. She is very caring, compassionate, understanding, thorough, and loves her job having a great concern for your well-being. I am so very sorry I didn't get the opportunity to meet her and thank her in person for her excellence in job performance!! She is definitely an asset to her area because she fills in the blanks of what your mind may be forgetting at that point in time!!
