Ann is an excellent leader in our unit.
Ann has worked with us at WAH/WOMC for years. She currently works on Unit 5 North. She is always kind and helpful. She takes her time with her patients and makes sure they feel important. She is friendly, cooperative, and easy to work with. Fifi is an awesome nurse. She is a great resource to us. She is selfless and always willing to help when needed. She is compassionate towards everyone. We love her personality. She is soft, works well with her peers, and really understands teamwork. She relates well to her patients, and they have even asked for her.

Ann is an excellent leader in our unit. She is always willing and available to pass on her almost 28 years of nursing knowledge to her co-workers, especially the new nurses. She is one of the unit's senior charge nurses and also one of the unit preceptors. Ann goes above and beyond what is required of her by: (1) During Covid-19 first and second wave, she volunteered to work overtime to help with staffing shortages. (2) Ann has even gone as far as to reduced her two-weeks approved vacation to one to help out with the unit night shift shortage. Her co-workers loved to work with her, and they described her demeanor as patient and pleasant.

Fifi is patient and very kind, she is very gentle when she cares for me. She kept me smiling and happy. Fifi and her team always greeted us with respect, compassion, and treated me like family. My wife and I are very blessed and grateful for her patience. Fifi was wonderful from my very first day. Fifi exceeded our expectations each and every time.
