Having an NG tube put in is "NOT" fun. Having had 4 over the past 9 years, Ann Finn was the first person to quietly and patiently walk me through the whole process. It was not the dreaded experience most have. It was the "Best" NG tube installation ever! While taking care of me Ann was also very caring and very professional. She was attentive to my needs and made me very comfortable.
