Ann was so great with my 4-year-old son while we were there. She spoke to him at his level, found ways to relate to him, was so comforting and calm when he was worked up about a blood draw, and so much more. She made us feel like we were her own loved ones she was caring for, that is how truly genuine the experience was. She helped my Mama heart feel better by sharing her own tough experiences as a mom. I wanted to hug her! Later when we returned for visit #2, she just happened to be standing up front. Like the angel she is, Ann jumped right in and took the time to get my son the proper care he needed. She even remembered my son's name! I’ll never forget that whole experience, ever. Thank you, Ann!
