Ann Healy is being recognized for the special connection she makes with both patient and family – This patient says Ann will come in and have all of her meds ready when she asks for them and if she asks for one after she is done - she just smiles and says – “Sure – I will be right back”!
“Ann has such great interpersonal skills and communicates well with me – When she is done with her care she makes sure to ask if there is anything else she can get for me to make me more comfortable – I noticed she even helps with getting other patients something to eat or drink even when it is not in her care area”.
