Ann Hogue, RN

I've had multiple Thoracenteses in the past few months. I prefer them to be done in the Radiology department, which happens to be where this wonderful lady works. She is so kind and calm. She holds my hands, talks with me, and explains what is being done in a way I can understand. Ann is always the kindest and most gentle person. 

Throughout my Paracentesis procedures, Ann displays a broad medical knowledge and made me aware of everything I may experience or feel. She was a source of inspiration during a difficult time, right up until I finally received a dual organ transplant. She continues to be a source of support during my recuperation. I proudly nominate Ann for the DAISY Award. It is because of people like her that this award was created, I’m sure.
