ann hopko, RN

Ann is a joy to work with in her leadership as Charge RN in Surgical Services. She approaches work hurdles with the team, engaging them in the changes we need to take for safe care delivery that day. She is always respectful and courteous to her peers and patients.
I am sure she is behind the positive feedback in the Press Ganey comments, though sometimes not directly by name, because of her genuine caring bedside manner. She is knowledgeable and thorough in her assessments of our patients' needs.
