Over the years, I have had numerous dealings with many medical offices. I have never encountered anyone in the Oncology Department who is as pleasant and helpful as this nurse. This nurse has always returned calls and goes out of their way to see that my questions are addressed. This nurse is a pleasure to talk to while always being professional. This nurse is truly an asset to the VA and a valued employee. Although my road ahead may have a few bumps, I know that with this nurse and their team, I will get there.
