Anne Marie Murphy has been my Infusion Nurse at the Trinity Infusion Center in Enfield, CT. She has been with me since day 1 of chemo through 12 rounds. I will continue with her through year-end as I continue receiving Herceptin, but I wanted to mark this milestone ending chemo by nominating her for this award. I cannot express to you how incredible Anne Marie is. On day 1, I had a reaction, she was on it before I even realized what was happening. With poise, calm, expertise, and care, she treated me that day and every day since. She is patient, takes plenty of time, and puts me (and all her patients) at ease. She listens...really listens, and is attentive to side effects and concerns. I was so scared to have chemo, but Anne Marie was my rock, my guide, my comfort. It is clear that Anne Marie loves her job, cares deeply for her patients, and loves her coworkers (they are a great group). You never see her stressed, even with many patients at a time, she is so at ease, professional and very capable. Trinity is SO lucky to have Anne Marie! There isn't a better employee at Trinity Health that I have come across in all my years as a patient. She's THE Best! I want to recognize her by nominating her for this award. Thank you so much!
