Ann Marie consistently demonstrates excellence in her nursing skill, clinical knowledge, critical thinking and compassionate care in her practice. No matter how busy and crazy the unit is, she is always there to help you in any way she can and never complains about the assignment or about floating. She is always ready to make you a cup of tea and take over your load, so you can take a break. She is always there for overtime if needed and has stayed many hours on busy days to help out the next shift. On several occasions she willingly goes to L&D not because she is asked but because she knows how busy they are, she will recover a post-op patient, bring the patient to the unit and help for a few hours if needed. She is not only compassionate with her patients, but to her teammates as well.
