When Ann Marie met my family, she immediately jumped into action as her advocate. She met with me many times to facilitate getting care for my elderly mother. Each step of the way, she showed kindness, empathy, and above-and-beyond care. She called doctors, social workers, nurses, therapists, and anyone else necessary to get the proper care for my mom. She called me throughout the day and even called me after she left work at night with any developments. She was the first caller I received in the morning, also! That level of care changed the way I see healthcare. She is one of the most amazing people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I am so thankful she crossed my path!
