We have been having multiple terrible experiences. Once we got a call from Ann, that all changed. She has kept us updated and explained everything and anything that's going on with my dad. She is extremely knowledgeable and answers any questions we have, which is a lot.
We have seen amazing progress in my dad ever since he has been in her care. She brought him back to life. We are so very thankful for her and appreciate everything she has done.
