Ann was my nurse today after already being in the hospital serval days. I was uncomfortable, tired, sore, and missing my young children terribly. Ann went out of her way to not only meet my needs but also sit and spend time with me to make me smile and lift my spirits.
Ann's demeanor and positivity helped me to feel better enough to keep moving forward with my own care; she got me out of bed and sitting and showered. Her knowledge as a nurse was shown gently, compassionately, and professionally. She did what she could to make me as comfortable as possible. She took extra care with my wound to reduce the pain I felt when changing the dressing. Thanks to Ann, today was the day I felt the best and was able to make the most progress in my recovery. She was a complete blessing for me today.

I came to the hospital for a hysterectomy, which ended with many complications. My 2-day stay was extended to 2 weeks, which included many procedures, multiple surgeries, and many tubes. My nurse Ann has gone above and beyond for me including pushing for my procedures to go through. My medicines are always on time. She made sure I was always comfortable. She got me up and walking and supporting me in every way possible.
One day I had to go to IR for a procedure, they sent me back to my room because my IV had blown. Ann right away started a new IV and pushed to get me fitted back in the same day. I can't thank her enough for all she had done for me. I feel that not only did I have a wonderful nurse, but I made a really good friend!
