Ann's work in the Heart Failure Clinic is outstanding. The unit runs expediently under her direction. She has a great rapport with her patients. She takes time with each of us to pinpoint any issues there may be in our recovery, whether they are heart-related or in other areas, such as depression or pain management. She is quite proactive in her approach. I look forward to seeing her on every visit to the clinic.
