Ann Neale, RN

Ann was EXCEPTIONAL when my daughter came in. She was kind and patient, allowed my daughter to ask all the questions she needed to give her own approval, and stayed while she got her finger pricked/blood drawn. We have been to the ED several times as my daughter is special needs, and Ann stands out. Ann even let the tech prick her finger because my daughter was so scared – so she could know what to expect. I am so grateful for Ann’s love, respect for my daughter’s anxious needs, and care today!
