My 95-year-old mom is being treated by the most awesome nurse we've ever encountered. She has kindness, attention to the most minute details, a contagious energy and a willingness to ask questions. She discussed my mom's treatment, options, and future needs, plus discussed the preventative measures in order to give my mom the best outcome possible for recovery. Together we even discussed living wills and how to get what she needs and wants when the times comes. Ann certainly has gone over and above basic treatment, and we've had the pleasure of having her as our primary nurse for the past two days. I hope she'll be here for my mom's entire stay. It isn't always a nice experience being hospitalized, but she's made this experience and ordeal the best imaginable. My sincere thanks to her for her career choice. She is an honor to know and she should be honored for her professionalism and personal attention. She is a genuinely great nurse and person.
