Ann is one of the most dedicated nurses I have ever had the pleasure of caring for me. She is focused on her patients and makes them feel safe. Her clinical competence is not her only attribute; she also has a compassionate and caring nature that shines through in all she does.
I was a patient over Easter and what she did that day was extraordinary. Ann gave every patient an individually decorated cup with chocolates and candies. She even made sugar free gifts for diabetic patients. This act made us feel special and helped to relieve our anxiety from being away from our families on this special holiday. I am not sure if she realizes the impact that small gesture made, but I will never forget her.
