She took care of me as if I was her own family. I never felt like I was burdening her with my needs or condition. She made me laugh, feel comfortable, and made sure I understood everything that was happening. After my discharge, I had issues and had to return for more care. She saw me coming back in. Ann came over to ask what was going on. She then walked with me and talked to me as I was taken to my destination. Ann took a genuine concern in me and my case. She never got short or ill tempered, always had a smile, and gave me a sense of being home.
