Ann Travis, BSN, RN

Ann Travis came to my aide to assist in managing a "behavior". With the situation escalating, Ann displayed her leadership qualities and tenure as a Charge Nurse. This "ordeal" lasted six hours and Ann stayed in CONTROL of the situation, RECOGNIZED AND MANAGED with undue recourse; COLLABORATED with multiple doctors until a positive outcome was achieved. 

Ann Travis and one of our doctors were instrumental in handling the verbal aggression of the family quickly and tirelessly.

I can't thank either of them enough for their help that day. Winchester Medical Center is truly fortunate to employ both of them. I am so GRATEFUL Ann is a great team leader where I work.
